1. Are InduStone washbasins shipped randomly?
● No. Each washbasin has its own individual marking and is unique. The washbasin that catches the customer’s attention and is purchased will be the one shipped.

2. Which drain plug is suitable for InduStone washbasins?
● A non-overflow drain plug is the ideal choice to prevent water leakage during use.

3. Do I need to buy a sealant when purchasing a washbasin?
● You can buy a sealant, but it is not required. A stone washbasin is best protected through proper and regular maintenance. However, we recommend sealants when purchasing our mosaic!

4. What is the difference between NOVOL STRONG and NOVOL AQUA sealants?
● NOVOL STRONG provides protection without changing the stone’s shade, while NOVOL AQUA offers protection and also enhances the color.

5. How to clean natural stone and maintain a washbasin?
● Mosaics and stone washbasins from InduStone should be cleaned daily with a mild dishwashing liquid. For tougher stains, we recommend a special stone care product. To keep the washbasin or mosaic properly maintained, use beeswax every two years to beautifully refresh the look of the washbasin and stone. For more details, please watch our video on stone care:
